Hit & Bit
Hit n’ Bit is a dark fantasy Metroidvania platformer made in Unity. The game follows the journeys of two royal siblings where you fight monsters, explore a story-rich world, and encounter challenging puzzles. I was the Lead Level Designer for the project, making sure the 3D world worked well with the 2D characters, both visually and mechanically.
2023 Beautiful Corner of Hit & Bit. My work shown here includes the Level Design blockout, scripts and colliders to allow platforming with 3D and 2D moving platforms, matching character animations to movements and controls, ladder movement, and teleportation between areas.
2024 Game Demo. My work shown here includes the Level Design, lighting, scripts and colliders to allow platforming with moving platforms, colliders to define play area, NPC pathing, respawn points, combat areas, enemy balancing, and teleportation between areas.
